紫外高效液相色谱法检测牛奶中盐酸环丙沙星残留

摘    要:建立了检测牛奶中盐酸环丙沙星残留的高效液相色谱法,其检测限和定量限分别为50μg/L和100μg/L;在100、150、200μg/L浓度添加范围内,回收率为75%-81%,变异系数〈10%;标准溶液在2.50—160.0μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好。表明本方法简单准确,适应于牛奶中盐酸环丙沙星的检测,便于推广。

Abstract:A HPLC method for determining ciprofloxacin hydrochloride residue in milk was developed.The limit of detection and the limit of quantification of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in milk were 50 μg/L and 100 μg/L respectively.The recovery rates were 75%~81%after adding 100~200 μg/L ciprofloxacin hydrochloride into the samples,while the variation coefficients were less than 10%.The calibration curve of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was linear(r=0.9999) in the range of 2.50~160.0 μg/L.So the method was simple and accurate enough to determine ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in milk and could be popularized in much wider areas.
