氟化物对家蚕生长发育的影响

摘    要:为了探究家蚕T6和734两品系耐氟力的差异,分别对其4龄时期氟敏指数,以及5龄时期体重变化和死亡率进行调查,在100ppm、200ppm、300ppm、400ppm氟化物浓度下.734的氟敏指数分别是:29.14、62.22、104.36和137.61,而T6的分别是:4.38、11.13、26.87和43.76,两品系的氟敏指数随着氟化物浓度的增大而增大,但734指数增加远远大于T6;734体重变化较T6明显。并且734的死亡率也远大于T6。表明了家蚕T6品系具有较强的耐氟能力。

Abstract:In order to understand the difference in fluorine tolerance between the silkworm (Bombyx mori) strains T6 and 734,the fluorine-sensitive index of the fourth instar larvae and body weight change and mortality of the fifth instar larvae were investigated.
