摘    要:拮抗菌96-79发酵产生的抑菌物质对多种植物病原菌具有较强的抑制活性,本试验对其理化性质进行了研究。结果表明,该抑菌物质可耐120℃高温20 min,4℃下可保存半年以上,在pH值为1~7时抑菌活性稳定,可溶于甲醇和水,分子量主要分布在50000~100000 Da之间;抑菌物质中除含有蛋白成分外,还可能含有其它类型的抑菌物质。

Abstract:Antimicrobial substance from 96-79 showed strong antagonistic activity to many plant pathogens.Its physical and chemical properties were studied.The result indicated that this antimicrobial substance could keep active after 20 minutes'treatment at 120 ℃ or more than half year'treatment at 4 ℃.It was stable in the range of pH-value from 1 to 7.It could be dissolved in carbinol and water.Its molecular weight was mainly between 50000 and 100000 Da.This antimicrobial substance contained other antimicrobial components besides protein.
