摘    要:以寒地水稻空育131为代表,研究应用叶片荧光传感器Dualex 4估测水稻叶片叶绿素浓度的效果以及水稻不同生育时期及叶片不同部位对测定结果的影响。结果表明,Dualex 4估测叶绿素值与水稻叶片叶绿素浓度极显著线性相关(p0.001)。不同生育时期叶片厚度的差异影响仪器的读数。在相同叶片叶绿素浓度条件下,生育后期Dualex 4估测叶绿素值比生育前期估测值大。另外,叶片下部因中脉的影响致使估测误差偏大,因此应选取水稻叶片中上部进行测试。

Abstract:Taking Kongyu 131 as a representative cultivar of cold region rice, this research used leaf fluorescence sensor Dualex 4 to estimate rice leaf chlorophyll concentration and evaluate the influence of different growth stages and leaf positions on the sensor's performance. The results indicated that chlorophyll concentration estimated by the Dualex 4 sensor was significantly correlated with measured leaf chlorophyll concentration (p〈0.001). The sensor values were affected by differences in leaf thickness at different growth stages. Under the same measured chlorophyll concentration conditions, Dualex 4 sensor estimated chlorophyll values were larger at late growth stages than those at early growth stages. Measurement errors were larger at lower parts of a leaf due to the influence of midrib, so middle or upper parts of a leaf should be selected for sensor measurements.
