己唑醇微乳剂的低温稳定性研究

摘    要:为了指导己唑醇微乳剂的开发,在已确定己唑醇微乳剂配方的基础上,通过改变配方组份及用量,研究了溶剂、表面活性剂和无机盐等对微乳剂低温贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明:当溶剂用量相同,溶剂体系极性减弱时,微乳剂低温稳定时间延长,反之则缩短;在溶剂极性适当的条件下,溶剂的用量与微乳剂低温贮存稳定时间成正相关;同类型表面活性剂,当HLB值降低、表面活性剂用量提高时,微乳剂低温贮存稳定性提高;碳链长度小于5个碳的醇会缩短制剂的低温贮存稳定时间,并与用量成负相关;碳链长度大于5个碳的醇则会增加制剂的低温贮存稳定时间,且与用量成正相关;添加无机盐类则对制剂的低温贮存稳定性起破坏作用。
