温度骤降对南美白对虾仔虾抗氧化机能的影响

摘    要:测定温度骤降后南美白对虾仔虾肌肉中过氧化氢酶(Catalase CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxi dedismutase,SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性和丙二醛(Malondiadehyde,MDA)的含量,评价温度骤降对南美白对虾仔虾抗氧化机能的影响。结果显示:温度由24℃骤降到21℃时,样品中CAT、SOD、ACP、AKP的活性及MDA的含量分别为0.00479~0.00554kU/gport、0.832~0.908kU/gport、0.00219~0.00241U/gport、0.000659~0.000706U/gport及0.465~0.501mmol/L;温度由24℃骤降到18℃时,样品中CAT、SOD、ACP、AKP的活性及MDA的含量分别为0.00420~0.00554kU/gport、0.791~0.908kU/gport、0.00197~0.00243U/gport、0.000643~0.000706U/gpoa及0.467~0.844mmol/L。由于温度降低到21℃与对照组的温差不大,故各个指标的变化程度不是很明显:而温度降低到18℃后,各指标呈现出了一定的变化趋势,说明温度骤降对南美白对虾仔虾有一定的影响,是南美白对虾健康与存活的重要因素之一。

Abstract:The experiment studied the indexes of Litnpenaeus vannamei in conquering the sudden drop in temperature. The activities of CAT, SOD, AKP, ACP and the content of MDA were analyzed. The results show that the average activities of CAT, SOD, ACP, AKP and the average content of MDA were 0.004 79~0.005 54 kU/gport, 0.832~0.908 kU/gport, 0.002 19~ 0.002 41 U/gport, 0.000 659~0.000 706 U/gport and 0.465~0.501 mmol/L when the temperature dropped suddenly from 24 ~C to 21 ℃; the average activities of CAT, SOD, ACP, AKP were 0.004 20~0.005 54 kU/gport, 0.791~0.908 kU/gport, 0.001 97~0.002 43 U/gport, 0.000 643~0.000 706 U/gport and 0.467~0.844 mmol/L when the temperature dropped suddenly from 24 ℃ to 18 ℃. The differences of temperature were not remarkable between the experimental groups and the control group when the temperature dropped to 21 ℃, so the changes of each index were not obvious. But when the temperature dropped to 18℃, each index presented the certain change tendency. It is explained that the changes of temperature have certain influences on the Litnpenaeus vannamei, and the temperature was one of the important factors for the health and the survival of Litnpenaeus vannamei.
