光肩星天牛与黄斑星天牛酯酶同工酶的比较研究

摘    要:为研究清楚光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky, 1853)和黄斑星天牛A.nobilis (Ganglbauer, 1889)的分类问题,采用垂直板型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对其成虫酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究.结果表明,这两种天牛(包括其过渡型)不同个体的酶谱柱中清晰显示的酶带均处于同一位置,且在颜色、宽窄和相对迁移率上均基本相同,即在酯酶酶带上差异甚微,因而这两种天牛应归属为同一种:光肩星天牛,而黄斑星天牛为其同物异名.

Abstract:This paper studies the two sibling species, \%Anoplophora glabripennis\% (Motschulsky, 1853) and \%A. nobilis\% (Ganglbauer, 1889), by distingushing the isozyme of esterase in their adults using electrophoresis method with the glue of polypropylene acyl amine on perpendicularly board. The result shows that the clear belts in the zymogram in different individuals of the two species (including their transition model) were in the same location, and all basically identical on relative mobility, color and width. The difference is very minute on the belts, thus, the two sibling species should all belong to the same species, \%A. glabripennis.\%
