| 摘 要： | 随着研究生教育体系逐渐完善,导生关系演变为权威性学术关系、育人性管理关系和合作性交往关系。新型导生关系下的研究生精细化管理是以人为本的规范化与个性化相融合的精细化管理模式,是在充分掌握研究生特点的情况下,强化对其学习、科研及生活方面的管理与指导。管理中,力求管理规则系统化、管理内容具体化、管理过程程序化、管理方式标准化,采取"刚柔并济、内外兼修、上下联动、远近呼应"的整体策略。这要求每一个导师找准研究生培养的关键问题、薄弱环节,分阶段推进,激发研究生潜质,以实现研究生的全面和个性化发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of postgraduate education, mentor-mentee relationship evolved into a new relationship： authoritative academic, human management, and cooperative contacts. The meticulous management of new mentor-mentee relationship is people-centered under the standardized and individualized integration of sophisticated management mode, which means, with a full grasp of the characteristics of graduate students, the university strengthens their learning, research and life management and guidance. With systematic management, standardized management, specific management, management procedures, and the strategy of ＂ firmness and flexibility, internally and externally, upper and lower linkage, echoing far and wide ＂,every graduate training instructor is expected to identify key issues, and weak links to promote and inspire potentials out of graduate students, in order to achieve their comprehensive and personalized development. |
