大连旅顺口典型养殖海区中浮游动物群落结构及其与环境因子的关系

摘    要:为研究大连旅顺口典型养殖海区中浮游动物群落结构及其与环境因子的关系,于2019年1,4,7和10月在3个典型海区设置采样点,同步监测调查浮游动物种类组成、生物量及其水质,并对水环境因子与浮游动物群落进行了差异显著性分析、Pearson相关分析和典范对应分析(CCA)。此次调查共发现浮游动物24种,桡足类种类最多,优势种共10种。浮游动物细胞丰富度指数为0.473~0.929,多样性指数为2.33~2.47,均匀度指数为0.666~0.905。Pearson相关分析结果表明,被囊动物(P<0.01)和浮游幼虫(P<0.05)均与pH值和盐度存在一定相关性。典范对应分析结果表明,大连旅顺口典型养殖海区浮游动物优势种变化与溶解氧、硝酸盐、化学需氧量和水温等环境因子密切相关。

Abstract:The species composition and biomass of zooplankton and water quality were surveyed simultaneously in typical aquaculture areas in 3 sampling sites in Lushunkou,Dalian in January,April,July and October 2019,and zooplankton community structure and correlations with environmental factors were analyzed by Duncan’s multiple range test,Pearson correlation analysis and Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA).A total of 24 species was identified in present survey,which were primarily composed of Copepods,and there were 10 dominant species.Cell abundance was shown to be ranged from 0.473 to 0.929,Shannon-Wiener index ranging from 2.33 to 2.47,and Pielou index varying from 0.666 to 0.905.Pearson correlation analysis revealed that there was a certain correlation between pH and salinity with tunicate and planktonic larvae.Canonical correspondence analysis indicated that pH,and levels of dissolved oxygen(DO),nitrate content,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and water temperature were the main environmental factors affecting the changes in dominant zooplankton species in typical aquaculture areas in Lushunkou,Dalian.
