| 摘 要： | 在辽宁境内10个三裂叶豚草（Ambrosia trifida）多发地进行调查，采集豚草根际土壤，淘洗－过筛－重糖离心法分离线虫并镜检，分离出20个属的线虫，鉴定出7种：双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus dihystera)，钩形矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus aduncus)，小尾盾线虫(Scutellonema brachyurus)，喜悦平滑垫刃线虫(Psilenchus hilarulus)，畸形新头叶环线虫(Neolobocriconema aberrans)，裂片真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus sparsus)和小茎线虫(Ditylenchus parvus)。同时，还分离到其他植物线虫、捕食性线虫、食细菌线虫和食真菌线虫。不同种类线虫出现的频率和数量差异较大。

| Abstract: | Seven nematodes species were investigated and identified from Ambrosia trifida root soil samples which were collected from ten counties in Liaoning Province. They are Helicotylenchus dihystera, Tylenchorhynchus aduncus, Scutellonema brachyurus, Psilenchus hilarulus, Neolobocriconema aberrans, Aphelenchus sparsus, Ditylenchus parvus. Parasitic nematodes, predatory nematodes, bacterial feeding nematodes and fungi feeding nematodes from other plants were also studied. The frequency and the number of different types of nematodes species were quite different. |
