摘    要:采用改进的常规耗竭法,对橡胶树幼苗吸收H2PO4-的动力学参数进行测定,结果表明:橡胶树幼苗对营养液中H2PO4的吸收动力学符合Michaelis-Menten方程。分别采用Lineweaver-Burk方程、Eadie-Hofstee方程、Hanes方程处理数据,结果显示拟合程度最好的是Lineweaver-Burk方程。橡胶树品系热研7-33-97芽接籽苗的吸收动力学参数Vmax与Km值均为最大,吸磷能力明显高于品系RRIM600实生苗和GT1实生苗,且吸收速率达到最大吸收速率时对环境中磷浓度的要求也最高,在一定的发育时期内,随着苗龄的增加,Vmax有减弱的趋势,Km值也存在一定差异。

Abstract:The uptake kinetics of rubber buddings to H2PO4-(P)with an improved conventional depletion method was studied. The results indicated that the uptake of H2PO4- in nutritional liquid in rubber buddings was generally in accord with the kinetic of Michaelis-Menten, and Lineweaver-Burk equation was the best fit among Lineweaver-Burk, Eadie-Hofstee, and Hanes linear equations to process the data. In the 3 rubber buddings, Vmax and Km of the clone of SCATC 7-33-97 buddings was the highest, which showed that not only the P uptake ability of it was higher than the others obviously, but also its requirement to P density of the environment was the highest when the uptake rate reached to the Vmax. But the Vmax would decline with the buddings growing in a certain developmental period.
