| 摘 要： | 采用双抗体夹心免疫层析技术，研制了适合田间快速试验的赤羽病胶体金免疫层析试纸条。纯化赤羽病毒单克隆抗体3A和2C，用柠檬酸钠还原法制备胶体金标记纯化后的单抗作为标记抗体。分别将羊抗鼠IgG和纯化后的单抗包被于NC膜上作为质控带和检测带，以检测被检样品中的赤羽病毒（akabane virus，AKAV）。试验结果表明，所研制的试纸条敏感性较高（为10 TCID50），特异性较强，还具有快速、稳定、简便等特点，适合基层动物防疫检疫部门尤其是进出境动物检疫机构进行赤羽病大批量、田间快速初筛，对赤羽病快速诊断具有重要的意义。
