基于小波变换的拉曼光谱去噪处理

摘    要:拉曼光谱分析中,噪声的存在严重影响光谱的准确性。利用小波变换在信号处理方面的优良特性,采用基于小波变换的信号去噪方法,对含噪的邻二甲苯拉曼光谱进行处理。选用平稳小波bior2·2处理了含噪的邻二甲苯拉曼光谱信号。结果表明,采用平稳小波bior2·2可以将信噪比由10dB提升到21·3588dB,而均方误差仅为0·0014,去噪效果明显。

Abstract:Signals in Raman spectra analysis often have noise,which greatly influences the achievement of accurate analytical result.In de-noising of Raman Spectroscopy,wavelet is chosen to construct the de-noising function because of its excellent properties.In this paper,bior2.2 wavelet is adopted to remove the noise in the Raman spectra of o-xylene.It increases the SNR from 10dB to 21.3588dB,while the MSE is 0.0014.It eliminates noise obviously and the result is satisfying.This method can provide some bases for practical de-noising in Raman spectra.
