| 摘 要： | 介绍了花生的营养保健价值，以及花生中的一些生物活性成分白藜芦醇、花生蛋白、花生四烯酸等的作用功效，重点阐述了花生中功能成分在饮料中的应用以及花生在饮料工业中的应用进展，并对其未来发展前景做了简要分析，旨在为花生保健饮料的研发提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces nutritional and health function of peanut and the efficacy of some bioactive components in peanut such as resveratrol, peanut protein and arachidonic acid, emphasizes the application of peanut functional components in drinks and the development of application of peanut in beverage industry, and makes a brief analysis of its future development prospect, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of peanut health beverage. |
