| 摘 要： | 猪瘟是威胁我国养猪业的重要传染病之一,随着猪瘟病毒(CSFV)的突变性发展,从分子流行病学的理论和方法去探索CSFV在世界各国的差异性及流行性是必要的,同时从分子水平上深入了解其基因及蛋白结构的功能,为更好的预防猪瘟流行及爆发做好准备。综合阐述了目前猪瘟的流行现状及发展,从分子水平上对其的研究和探讨我国猪瘟的流行毒株的演变情况。

| Abstract: | s:CSF is one of the important infectious diseases which threaten to pig industry in China.Because of development of CSFV was mutation,we explored the difference of CSFV in the world and the epidemic is necessary with molecular epidemiology,and understood function of CSFV gene and protein structure in molecular level to better to prevent the outbreak of CSF.This paper described the epidemic situation of CSF in recent years,and probed the evolution of CSFV in molecular level. |
