摘    要:目的]为利用微生物处理水中的F-提供理论依据.方法]通过菌株的驯化、分离与筛选、富集培养和吸附平衡试验研究假单胞菌对水中F-的吸附特性结果]18株细菌对F-的吸附能力相差很大,大部分细菌的吸附率都在10%~20%以内,细菌A,和生的吸附率分别为30.76%和33.4%,这2株细菌均被鉴定为假单胞菌。这2株细菌对初始浓度为20mg/L的F吸附效果最明显。2株细菌的F-吸附率在开始阶段增长很快,在前60min内,其F-吸附量占总吸附量的90%以上,稳定后吸附率约为22.69%和28.44%。在28℃时2株细菌的吸附率均达最大。pH为6时,假单胞菌A1的吸附率达到最高(2288%),pH=7时假单胞菌如吸附率达到最高(28.26%)。结论假单胞菌吸附F-的最适DH为6~7.最适温度为28℃.
