石榴遗传标记研究进展

摘    要:石榴属石榴科石榴属植物,是我国古老的栽培果树之一,具有较高的营养、药用、观赏价值。本文分别对形态学标记、细胞学标记、生物化学标记、和分子标记在石榴上的应用进展进行了综述,并对当前石榴遗传标记研究存在的问题及对策进行了分析和探讨。

Abstract:The pomegranate (P. granatum L.), a species belonging to the iamlly tunicaceae, is one of ancient cultivation fruits. It possesses high nutritive, medical and ornamental value. On the basic of intro- ducing the main types of present genetic markers and the characteristics of each mark, the application of morphological markers, cytological markers, biochemical markers and molecular markers in pomegranate was summarized. Practical problems and resolutions Of genetic markers were also analyzed and discussed. With broad application prospect, genetic markers will provide the most effective methods and means for the studies on pomegranate from the aspects of germplasm resources preservation, rela- tionship identification, genetic diversity, construction of genetic map, assistant breeding etc.
