| 摘 要： | 河南是个农业和畜牧业大省,畜牧业得到了持续快速发展,在河南的经济发展中起到了重要作用;但同时,其畜牧业的发展还存在许多问题。该文简述了河南省畜牧业发展的概况,分析了河南畜牧业发展的优势以及存在的问题,问题主要是资源与市场的矛盾、成本与质量的压力、自然灾害与贸易风险的威胁、畜产品质量安全问题,养殖环境差,畜禽发病率高、农村人畜混居引起的疾病传染等。同时提出了发展规模养殖、实施标准化生产和示范带动是推进河南畜牧业生产方式转变的根本措施。

| Abstract: | Henan Province is an important province for agriculture and stockbreeding.The development of stock- breeding is rapid and sustainable,which played an important role in the economic development of Henan Prov- ince.Meanwhile,there are many problems in the development of its stockbreeding.This paper summarized the general situation of the development of stockbreeding in Henan Province.Advantage and existent problems of de- velopment of stockbreeding in Henan Province were also analyzed.The main problems are the contradiction be- tween resources and market,pressures on reducing costs and improving quality,threatening from natural disas- ter,quality safety of livestock product,bad environment of stockbreeding,high incidence of diseases from live- stock,infection of diseases for human beings from livestock due to mixing inhabitation of human beings and live- stock in rural areas.Intensive breeding,production in standardization and demonstration by key enterprises were considered as essential measures to accelerate transformation of manner for animal husbandry production in Henan Province. |
