| 摘 要： | 分析了广东省蔬菜生产的状况和存在的问题,并根据广东省蔬菜生产的优势提出发展的对策:加强发展区域性、规模化蔬菜生产,发挥蔬菜龙头企业、科研单位及学会、协会的作用,提高蔬菜产品的知名度和附加值,加强对菜农的培训和指导,加强出口蔬菜的综合研究,建立健全蔬菜食品安全的监测机制。

| Abstract: | Vegetable production strategy was provided according to the analysis on the vegetable production and its problem of guangdong province.Firstly industrialization production should be strength;Vegetable supplementary value must be promoted by the aim of the vegetable heading enterprise,academic agency and vegetable society.Furthermore the training and guidance on the production of vegetable should be provided to the farmer.In the end,the research on the export vegetable and the monitor to the food safety of the vegetable are also important. |
