苹果梨果实生长过程中碳水化合物的变化

摘    要:研究苹果梨果实在生长过程中碳水化合物的变化,主要检测糖类和淀粉.结果表明,果实重量的增加主要在迅速生长期,成熟期果重没有明显增加;果实中水分含量的积累主要是在缓慢生长期和迅速生长期;果实中总糖、还原糖在生长过程中均表现出增加趋势,并且都是在成熟期出现迅速积累现象,采收时其含量分别约为12%和11%;而非还原糖含量呈现出先下降后增加的趋势;淀粉含量在生长早期下降较快,成熟期降解较缓慢,到采收时其含量约为1.2%.

Abstract:Studied the changes of carbohydrate during the growth of Pingguoli fruit. The results showed that the weight of fruit was increased in the growth period and has no obviously increased in the harvest period. The accumulation of moisture was mainly happened in the early growth period. The total sugar and reducing sugar were increased. The phenomenon of rapid accumulation was appeared in the growth period. In the harvest period, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar were about 12% and 11% respectively; the content of starch reduced fast in the early growth period and slowly in the harvest period, the content of starch was about 1.2% in the harvest period.
