| 摘 要： | 1998年，我国决定用5年时间投入2900亿元用于农村电网建设改造。为此。分析了实施农网改造的经济、技术背景，研究了其技术政策的主要内容和执行效果，并与美国农村电气化的技术政策进行了比较，认为我国农网改造技术政策的制定和执行是成功的。

| Abstract: | In 1998, the Chinese Government decided to inject 290 billion Yuan in rural power grid construction and transformation within five years. In this paper, the author analyzed the economic and technological background, studied the main ideas of the technology policy and its effect, compared it with that of the USA. The author thought that formulation and achievement of the technology policy of rural power grid construction and transformation in China was successful. |
