摘    要:以高效液相色谱法检测方法,对橙皮甙的稳定性进行了初步研究。结果表明:橙皮甙的耐光、耐热性能好,在碱性较强的条件下稳定存在,pH值为12时,其在溶液中的溶解度最大。

Abstract:In this paper, the methods of HPLC were established. The influence of temperature, acid alkali and light on the stability of hesperidin were investigated. The result showed that: Hesperidin was stable against sunlight and the change of temperature. It can exist stalely where pHi8, when pH was 12, the solubility of hesperidin was biggest in solution.
