| 摘 要： | 以高效液相色谱法检测方法，对橙皮甙的稳定性进行了初步研究。结果表明：橙皮甙的耐光、耐热性能好，在碱性较强的条件下稳定存在，pH值为12时，其在溶液中的溶解度最大。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the methods of HPLC were established. The influence of temperature, acid alkali and light on the stability of hesperidin were investigated. The result showed that： Hesperidin was stable against sunlight and the change of temperature. It can exist stalely where pHi8, when pH was 12, the solubility of hesperidin was biggest in solution. |
