| 摘 要： | 摘要：为了促进阳荷的进一步开发利用，对阳荷的功能活性物质进行分析，表明阳荷是一种药食两用的姜科姜属多年生草本植物，营养丰富，富含多糖、挥发油、黄酮、红色素、蛋白质、氨基酸等营养成分，具有抗菌、抗氧化、降血糖等功效，并从生长特性、繁殖方式、栽培模式、田间管理、病害防治等方面介绍了阳荷的栽培管理研究情况，最后阐述了阳荷的利用现状及发展前景。

| Abstract: | Abstract: In order to promote the further development and utilization of Zingiber striolatum, the functional and active substances of Zingiber striolatum were analyzed, indicating that Zingiber striolatum was a perennial herbaceous plant in the ginger family that could be used for both medicine and food. It was nutritious and rich in nutrients such as polysaccharides, volatile oils, flavonoids, red pigments, proteins, amino acids and so on. It had antibacterial, antioxidant, hypoglycemic and other effects. In terms of growth characteristics, reproductive methods, cultivation modes, field management, disease prevention and control, the research status of cultivation and management of Zingiber striolatum were introduced. Finally, the current utilization status and development prospects of Zingiber striolatum were elaborated. |
