| 摘 要： | 在浙江省山苍子主产区的龙泉、开化等县,对山苍子的生物学特性、栽培技术及加工利用等进行了两年的调查研究,初步摸清了山苍子的生物学特性,总结了优质高产的营林措施。经分析山苍子果皮含油量为4～5％左右;主要成分是柠檬醛、香叶醇、柠檬烃、酯类等,核仁油中经测定有10多种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸以月桂酸最高,其次是癸酸,不饱和脂肪酸中以油酸含量最高。山苍子果皮中经蒸馏所得的产品是制作香料的主要原料,而核仁油经精馏后可得各种脂肪酸,可应用于香料、塑料、医药、冶金和表面活性剂等工业部门和环境保护部门。

| Abstract: | On the basis of 2 years' investigation of biologic characteristics, cultivation techniques and processing and utilization state of Litsea cubeba in longquan, Kaihua county etc., which are main producing regions of Litsea cubeba in Zhejiang province, this paper summerized the techniques for best quality and high yield cultivation, and reported the chemical analysis of the composition of pericarp and seed. The results show they contained varied organic acid and other chemicals, can be used widely in perfume, plastics, medicine, metallurgical and other industries. |
