曲酸对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以小麦种子为试验材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法,以清水和油菜素内酯作为对照,研究不同浓度曲酸溶液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:不同浓度的曲酸溶液(50、100、200、300、400、500mg/L)处理后,小麦种子发芽势显著提高,以300mg/L效果最佳,优于清水对照组和20mg/L油菜素内酯处理;小麦幼苗的根长、株高、根冠比与对照组相比无显著差异;小麦幼苗的鲜重、地上部分干重、地下部分干重均有不同程度增加,浓度为200mg/L时达到峰值并高于对照组;幼苗叶绿素含量比油菜素内酯对照组高,以200mg/L促进效果最为明显。

Effects of Kojic Acid on Wheat Seed Germination and Seedling Growth

Abstract:Wheat seeds as experiment material,clear water and brassinolide as controls,this paper studied the effects of different concentrations of kojic acid solution on wheat seed germination and seedling growth with the petri dish paper germination method.The results showed that:After treatment with different concentration of kojic acid solution (50,100,200,300,400,500 mg/L),the germination potential of wheat seeds were significantly increased,and the effect of 300 mg/L was the best,which was superior to that of control group treated with clear water and 20 mg/L brassinolide.There was no significant difference in root length,plant height,root-shoot ratio between kojic acid solution treatments and control group.Dry weight increased in varying degrees and when the concentration was 200 mg/L,it reached the peak and was higher than control group;compared with water and brassinolide control group,chlorophyll a and b contents of seedlings increased,with 200 mg/L promoting effect being the most obvious.
