摘    要:为了探讨功能微生物菌剂对烤烟生长及烟叶产质量的影响,采用穴施的方法开展了大田对比试验。结果表明:与对照比较,2种微生物菌剂均可以促进烟株地上和地下部分生长,烤烟产量分别高3.58%和1.82%,产值分别高8.11%和6.10%,并改善了烟叶的外观质量和物理指标,烟叶化学成分更为协调。综合来看,以湖南农业大学提供的微生物菌剂在田间试验中表现更优。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of functional microbial agents on the growth and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,field comparative experiments were conducted by hole application method.The results showed that both microbial agents could promote the growth of above-ground and underground parts of tobacco plants.The flue-cured tobacco yield of the treatment with microbial agent produced by Hunan Agricultural University (J1)and Engrand microbial agent(J2) were 3.58% and 1.82% higher than that of CK respectively,output value were 8.11% and 6.10% higher than that of CK respectively.The appearance quality and physical index of tobacco leaves were improved,and the chemical composition was more coordinated.Overall,J1 treatment performed better.
