日光温室揭放保温被时间研究及其自动控制实现

摘    要:为了研究日光温室揭放保温被时间,进而实现自动控制,以园区管理员经验揭放时间为对照(用CK表示),依据日出日落时间变化和不同的天气状况,设计揭放保温被时间处理(用H表示)。揭放保温被时间公式为T=T日出/T日落±Xmin,同时两温室内种植同一作物(樱桃番茄)。结果表明:(1)在冬春茬樱桃番茄的不同生育期,H处理比CK的光照时长增加9.42%~24.32%;H处理和CK的平均空气温度基本满足樱桃番茄的生长;H处理和CK的平均土壤温度都可以满足樱桃番茄的正常生长。(2)在盛果期,与CK相比,H处理显著促进了樱桃番茄的光合作用,并且显著提高了樱桃番茄的品质和产量。(3)在上述研究的基础上,设计开发了日光温室揭放保温被时间自动控制装置,目前该装置应用灵活、方便、自动以及安全,并且可以同时控制多个日光温室的揭放保温被时间。

Abstract:In order to realize the automatic control of the uncovering and covering time of thermal blankets in solar greenhouses, we designed them (expressed by H treatment) based on the change of sunrise and sunset time and different weather conditions, taking the time of the park administrator''s experience as the control (expressed by CK). We listed the formula for covering and uncovering time of thermal blankets as T=Tsunrise/Tsunset±Xmin and planted the same crop (cherry tomatoes) in the two greenhouses simultaneously. The results showed that: (1) At different growth stages of the cherry tomatoes, the illumination time in H treatment increased by 9.42% - 24.32% compared with CK; the average air and soil temperatures in H treatment and CK could basically satisfied the normal growth of the cherry tomatoes. (2) In the fruiting stage of the cherry tomatoes, compared with CK, H treatment significantly promoted the photosynthesis of the cherry tomatoes and significantly improved the yield and quality of the cherry tomatoes. (3) Based on the above research, we designed and developed a time-controlled automatic control device for covering and uncovering time of thermal blankets in solar greenhouse, which is flexible, convenient, automatic and safe and can simultaneously control the covering and uncovering time of thermal blankets in multiple solar greenhouses.
