摘    要:目的]优化黄孢原毛平革菌降解玉米秸秆产糖的条件。方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察了不同温度、pH值、接种量和固液比对黄孢原毛平革菌降解玉米秸秆产糖的影响。结果]黄孢原毛平革菌降解玉米秸秆产糖的最适条件为:温度32℃,pH值3.5,接种量8片(直径为8mm),固液比1∶23。在此最适条件下,还原糖得率最高可达13.10%。结论]该研究为秸秆材料更好地生物利用提供借鉴,并为其进一步规模化生产应用提供参考数据。

Optimization of the Conditions of Corn Straw Degradation to Produce Reducing Sugar by Phanerochaete chrysosporium

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to optimize the conditions of corn straw degradation to produce reducing sugar by Phanerochaete chrysosporium. Method] Influences of different temperatures,initial pH value,inoculum and the ratio of solid and liquor on the yield of reducing sugar of Phanerochaete chrysosporium were carried out by respectively using single factor design and orthogonal design. Result] The results showed that the best suitable conditions were as follow: the temperature 32 ℃,the initial pH value 3.5,8 pieces of inoculum ( diameter 8 mm),the ratio of solid and liquor 1∶23. Under the optimized condition,the yield of reducing sugar wans the highest,up to 13.10%. Conclusion] The study can offer some references for better using corn straw by microorganisms and can achieve some successful practices for further taking into sacle-up process.
