山西临县木枣贮藏保鲜试验研究

摘    要:以山西临县木枣为试材,采用0.015mm微孔袋与0.03mm、0.04mm和0.05mm厚度PVC透湿袋进行贮藏保鲜包装试验,并在0.03mmPVC透湿袋中放置珍珠岩型脱乙烯剂2g、3g和5g进行试验。结果表明,采用微孔袋包装比PVC透湿袋包装枣果硬果率明显地得到了提高。试验同时还发现,在0.03mmPVC透湿袋中放置珍珠岩型脱乙烯剂,虽然对果实硬度影响差异不显著,但可明显地降低枣果腐烂率。

Abstract:Muzao jujube in tiny-hole bags and different thickness of PVC bags were studied m this paper and me experiments of putting perlite reagents getting rid of ethylene in 0.03 mm PVC bags were made. The results showed that package in tiny-hole bags improved rate of hard fruits compared with package in PVC bags, and the former had a better storage effect. At the same time, application of perlite reagents in 0.03 mm PVC bags effectively reduced rate of rotten fruits.
