| 摘 要： | 针对中国稻米产业的现状,指出中国稻米产业面临的压力:价格与成本的压力;粮食流通体制上的压力;外国以精新产品打入中国市场的压力;绿色壁垒的压力;国家粮食保护政策面临新压力。提出了中国稻米产业今后发展的对策:扶持龙头企业,推进稻米产业化发展;建立生产风险制度;加强稻米安全标准和检验及国外种子病虫害检疫研究;注重开发稻米的多样性;改革粮食流通体制等,为稻米产业发展提供科学参考。
