奶牛乳腺炎主要致病菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:对山东省济南、泰安和临沂等地区5个奶牛场的160份乳样进行了临床型乳腺炎和隐性乳腺炎的判定检测,并进行了主要致病菌的分离鉴定。结果表明,160份乳样中有127份呈乳腺炎阳性,其中临床型乳腺炎占36.22%,隐性乳腺炎占63.78%;从这些乳样中分离到了主要致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和无乳链球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌依据溶血型的不同主要有α溶血、β溶血、α+β溶血和不溶血四种;大肠杆菌依据O抗原诊断血清得出主要有02、021、076和088这四种型;无乳链球菌依据溶血型主要为β溶血型。

Abstract:In this study, the 160 milk samples of clinical and sub--clinical mastitis were collected and measured from five dairy cattle farms in Jinan, Taian, Linyi of Shandong and so on. And the primary pathogens were isolated and identified. The results indicated that: there were 127 positive milk samples of the dairy cattle mastitis in 160 milk samples. The clinical mastitis was 36.22% and the sub-clinical mastitis was 63. 78% in these 127 milk samples of the mastitis cases. The primary pathogens Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalactiae were isolated from these milk samples. Staphylococcus aureus was sorted to α hemolysis,β hemolysis, α+β hemolysis and non--hemolysis by the different types of hemolysis; Escherichia coli was sorted to O2, O21, O76 and O88 by the different serotypes of O antigens;Streptococcus agalactiae was mainly β hemolysis by the types of hemolysis.
