| 摘 要： | 蜂蜜的品质受到很多因素的影响,包括还原糖含量、蔗糖含量、酸度、淀粉酶值、费氏反应等。本试验通过对几种蜂蜜的这些因素进行测定,并与国家标准对比,分析讨论这几种蜂蜜的品质。
