| 摘 要： | 发展农民专业合作经济组织，是新形势下党和政府指导农业和农村经济工作的重要手段，是提高农民进入市场和农业生产的组织化程度的有效形式之一。从理论和实例2个方面对山西省农民专业合作经济的发展现状进行了分析，总结了山西省农民专业合作经济组织中存在的问题和相应的建议。
