浙江广义景天属的种子微形态及其分类学意义

摘    要:通过对浙江产广义景天属(景天科)26个种的种子形态进行扫描电镜观察,研究其种子微形态特征及其在分类学上的意义.根据种子大小、形状及表面纹饰,可以将这26个种子样品分成5个类型,分别是:瓦松型 Orostachys-type、八宝型 Hylotelephium-type,费菜型Phedimus-type、小山飘风型Filipes-type和景天型Sedum-type.在广义景天属内,这些种子类型可以作为属内次级划分甚至分属的依据.可以用作划分属的是瓦松属Orostachys、八宝属Hylotelephium和费菜属Phedimus,可以用作属内次级划分的有小山飘风组Sedum sect.Filipes和景天组Sedum sect.Sedum.在景天组内,种子表皮细胞表面具乳头状凸起,较为一致.但在一些种之间也存在明显差异,因此也可以作为组内部分分种的依据.苞叶景天系ser.Bracteata 3个种的种子形态很不一致,不是狭义景天属内的一个自然类群.说明种子形态对广义景天属的分类具有重要价值.

Abstract:Seeds of 26 species of Sedum(s.l.),which were collected from Zhejiang Province of China,were observed under scanning electron microscope(SEM).The systematic significance of seed micromorphology was studied.Based upon the size,shape,and surface sculpture of the seeds,five types were recognized,namely Orostachys-type,Hylotelephium-type,Phedimus-type,Filipes-type,and Sedum-type respectively.Seed micromorphology can not only easily delimitate the different genera,such as Orostachys,Hylotelephium and Phedimus,but also recognize the subdivisions within Sedum s.str.,i.e.sect.Filipes and sect.Sedum.Seeds of the plants in sect.Sedum show consistency and the sculptures are even or uneven mastoid.This can be used to recognize the taxa of this section partially.Seed micromorphology indicates that sect.Filipes was a natural group within Sedum s.str.,but those of the three species in Sedum ser.Bracteata were quite different from each another.Ser.Bracteata was not a natural subdivision within Sedum s.str.The results above indicate that seed micromorphology is of significant implication in the taxonomy of Sedum s.l.
