摘    要:分析了新型肘内式油气悬挂系统的结构特点和工作原理,推导了油气悬挂非线性弹性特性的数学模型,运用LMS仿真软件建立了多体动力学模型及液压仿真模型,提出了一种基于机液系统耦合进行联合仿真的新方法。该方法具有仿真速度快及稳定性好等特点,采用该方法进行联合仿真得到的弹性特性与数学建模的仿真结果基本吻合。通过两种仿真结果的相互验证,证明了建立的弹性特性数学模型及实体联合仿真模型的准确性,为后续实现悬挂主动控制研究奠定了基础。

Stiffness Characteristic of Hydro-pneumatic Suspension in Tracked Vehicle

Abstract:The structure characteristics and working principle of a new type in-arm hydro-pneumatic suspension system designed by the project team is analyzed, nonlinear elastic mathematical model of in-arm hydro-pneumatic suspension is deduced;multi-body dynamic models of in-arm hydro-pneumatic suspension system are built using simulation software LMS;a new co-simulation method coupled with mechanism-liquid system is proposed,the advantages of this method are high simulation velocity, good stability and etc. The simulation results of elastic characteristic using the two methods are in coincidence;by mutual verification,nonlinear mathematical model and virtual prototype co-simulation model are both proved to be true.
