摘 要: | 依据实际样机建立了拖拉机安全架的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件依据GB/T19498规定的试验方法对拖拉机安全架进行了静态强度分析,并将分析结果与实际试验数据进行了对比分析。对比结果表明,该方法简便有效,相对误差低于10%。此研究可为拖拉机安全架的结构设计和改进提供理论依据。

Abstract: | This paper established a finite element model of safety frame according to an actual prototype, analyzed the static strength of safety frame by ANSYS according to the method specified by GB/T 19498, contrasted the simulation data with the actual test data. The comparison results show that this simulation method is simple and effective, the relative error is less than 10%. All studies can provide a theoretical basis for improving the design of safety frame of the type tractors. |
