基于次优控制的空气悬架道路友好性研究

摘    要:为提高车辆的乘坐舒适性和道路友好性,针对空气弹簧的非线性特性,建立了空气弹簧与气囊压力、有效面积等因素有关的弹力模型。采用多变量反馈机制,改进了次优控制理论,使之能够应用到空气悬架。基于空气弹簧的非线性特性建立了单轮1/4车辆振动模型。同时,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了空气悬架、模糊控制器和次优控制器模型。结果表明,针对非线性空气悬架所设计的控制器对车辆平顺性与道路友好性有显著的改善。

Study of Road Friendliness of Air Suspension Based on Suboptimal Control

Abstract:In order to improve vehicle ride comfort and road-friendliness, based on nonlinear characteristics of a air spring, a air elastic model of spring was established on factors such as cuff pressure, and effective area. Using muhivariable feedback mechanisms and improving the suboptimal control theory, so it could be applied to the air suspension. The quarter vehicle vibration model based on nonlinear characteristics of the air spring was established. Meanwhile, the models of air suspension,fuzzy controller and suboptimal controller were established using MATLAB/simulink software. The simulation results show that the controller based on non-linear air suspension can improve the vehicle ride comfort and road friendliness very much.
