印楝茎尖组织培养的研究

摘    要:以印楝茎尖为外植体进行离体快速繁殖 ,外植体采用次氯酸钠预处理 ,用 0 1%的HgCl2 浸泡消毒 ,共设6 6个处理 ,3次重复 ,分 3次试验。结果表明 ,芽增殖培养基最佳组合为MS +6 -BA 7 0mg/L +IAA 0 0 1mg/L+ZT 0 1mg/L ,生根培养基为 1/ 2MS +NAA 0 5mg/L ,能有效促进芽生根 ,且移栽成活率可达 80 %以上

Abstract:The experiment of in vitro propagation of Azadirachta indica using the stem apex as explant was carried out. The explant was pre treated by sodium hypochlorite, soaking with HgCl 2 of 0 1 % in order to realize sterilization. Sixty treatments, and three replications were set up. The experimental results showed that the optimum preparations of bud enrichment and rooting were MS + 6-BA 7 0 mg/L + IAA 0 01 mg/L + ZT 0 1mg/L and 1/2 MS + NAA 0 5 mg/L respectively. The survival ratio of transplantation could achieve 80 %.
