| 摘 要： | 通过对柳州市水生蔬菜产业及质量安全管理体系建设的分析，指出了水生蔬菜质量安全管理中存在的问题，提出建立监管、标准化、认证、检测、农技推广等覆盖水生蔬菜生产全过程的质量安全管理系统。

| Abstract: | We analyzed the basic development situation of aquatic vegetables and the construction situation of quality and safety management system for aquatic vegetables in Liuzhou city, and pointed out the problems existing in aquatic vegetable production in Liuzhou city, and put forward related suggestions as follows： strengthening supervision, promoting standardization production and popularizing pollution-free production technology in the production process of aquatic vegetables. |
