饲料防霉剂对饲料防霉效果的检测

摘    要:在25~28℃,水分含量85%的环境条件下,通过在不同水分的饲料中加入不同浓度的饲料防霉剂,每隔一定的时间对饲料进行感官检测并对饲料中的霉菌进行计数,同时进行水分含量的测定。由霉菌数的变化而得出防霉剂的抑茵效力以及饲料水分含量和防霉剂防霉效果的关系。结果表明,该防霉剂在一定的水分含量下对饲料具有较好的防霉作用。

Abstract:At 25-28 ℃, moisture content of 85% of the environmental conditions, different concentration gradi- ent feed mould inhibitor was added in different moisture content feeds. Sensory detection, feed mold count and deter- mination of moisture content were done in a certain interval of time. Inhibitory efficiency of the feed mould inhibitor was derived by the changes of the number of mold count, and the relationship of moisture content in feed and mil- dewproof effect was derived from the changes of the moisture content. The results showed that the feed mould inhibi- tor in certain moisture content of feed has good mildewproof function.
