砂梨茎尖和腋芽的离体培养

摘    要:四个砂梨品种的茎尖和腋芽离体培养,获得了新梢并诱导生根。发现不同时期和不同树龄的植珠上取材外植体的存活率有明显的差异,而且,不同的基本培养基,不同的细胞分裂素单独或配合使用,不同的碳源对新梢增殖的影响有所不同,不同品种生根所需的条件也不同。生根植株移栽后生长良好。

Abstract:The procedure of shoot-tip and axillary bud culture in vitro of pear(pyrus pyrifclia Nakai)cultivars Viz."Kosuiw,"Hangqing","Huanghua" and "Qingyun" was described.The surviving rate of explants varied greatly when they were collected at different times or from trees at different ages.The multiplicating rate of shoots varied with basal media,cytokinins and carbon sources.The conditions suitable for shoot rooting of four cultivars were different.Rooted shoots have been transferred to the greenhouse and grew well.
