| 摘 要： | 以小菜蛾为研究对象,在室内测定了地肤子的氯仿提取物对小菜蛾2～3龄幼虫的选择性拒食活性和完全拒食活性。药效试验结果表明,地肤子提取物对小菜蛾2～3龄幼虫表现出较强的拒食活性,选择性拒食作用的拒食中浓度(AFC50)为376.41mg·L-1,完全拒食作用的拒食中浓度(AFC50)为344.82mg·L-1。药效试验结果显示选择拒食作用和完全拒食作用的药剂在2000mg·L-1时拒食率最高,其活性的大小随浓度的升高而增大。

| Abstract: | The seed of Kochia Scoparia(L.) Schrad.was investigated for its selective antifeedant and complete antifeedant activity against the 2-3 instar larvae of Plutella xylostella L..The result indicats that chloroform extracts from The seed of Kochia Scoparia(L.) Schrad.appeared a strong antifeedant activity.The Median Antifeeding Concentration(AFC50) of selective antifeedant activity was 376.41mg/l,while its AFC50 of complete antifeedant activity was 344.82mg/L.We know that both selective antifeedant and complete antifeedant have the highest antifeedant rate with its concentration of 2000mg/L,and the higher the concentration is,the stronger the antifeeding activity is. |
