摘    要:采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳并结合分光光度法,对黄、黑2种色型黄粉虫( Tenebrio molitor L.)各发育期的酯酶同工酶酶谱及酶活性进行比较研究.结果表明:在2种色型黄粉虫的各发育期,共发现迁移率不同的酯酶同工酶酶带15条,这些酶带分布于5个不同的泳动区;黑色型的幼虫和成虫分别比黄色型的幼虫和成虫各多1条特征性酶带;同一色型黄粉虫各发育期酯酶同工酶的酶带数、酶活性强弱及迁移率也变化较大,卵期的酶带数最少(4条)、最弱,其中2条为卵期的特有性酶带.酶活性检测进一步表明:从卵至成虫期,黑色型黄粉虫的羧酸酯酶(CarE)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)和磷酸酯酶(ACP和AKP)活性均比黄色型黄粉虫高;同一色型黄粉虫各发育阶段的CarE、AchE及ACP和AKP活性也呈现明显的规律性变化,即:卵期<成虫期<蛹期<幼虫期.上述结果为黄粉虫的抗药性研究及品种选育积累了一定的基础数据.
