| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内外最新的研究进展对构建植物遗传资源核心种质的方法进行了综述，针对目前植物核心种质构建方法的研究现状与问题，提出了今后在核心种质构建方法中，应加强对取样策略、核心种质管理与有效性检验等问题的研究。尽快建立一批我国原产的、重要的植物遗传资源的核心种质，提高种质资源利用效率，提升种质创新能力，为我国植物资源的利用奠定基础。
