摘    要:目的]为解决现有瘤胃体外连续培养系统的喂料装置供料不精确、漏气等严重问题,设计一种新型密闭机械喂料装置。方法]选取颗粒饲料为试验材料,研究喂料装置的主要结构和设计参数,并进行5次性能测试。结果]喂料罐内O2含量较敞开式低;喂料装置的实际喂入率与理论喂入率接近;手柄每次转动只需瞬间施给约2 N的力就可以完成1个喂料过程。结论]密闭机械喂料装置基本达到了精确供料和形成厌氧环境的目的。

Design of Enclosed and Mechanical Feeding Device in an Continuous Culture System for Rumen in vitro

Abstract:Objective] To design a novel enclosed and mechanical feeding device in an continuous culture system in vitro so as to solve some problems in present feeding device,such as feeding inaccurately and leaking of air.Method] A granulated feed were selected as experimental materials,and the performance tests were performed five times.Result] The content of the oxygen in the feeding jar was lower than the that in the open jar,the factual feed rate closed to the theory feed rate,and one process of accurate feeding was completed when the handle was turned once under 2 N load.Conclusion] Enclosed and mechanical feeding device can accurately feed and keep the anaerobic environment.
