乳酸菌对胆固醇脱除作用的研究

摘    要:心脑血管疾病是目前引起人们死亡的主要杀手,而血清中胆固醇含量过高被认为是诱发血管疾病的主要因素,降低血清胆固醇水平直接关系到人类的健康。综合了乳酸菌在降胆固醇方面已有的研究成果,在此基础上分析了乳酸菌可能的作用机理及影响因素,以促进降血脂益生菌产品的开发。

Abstract:Cerebrovascular disease is the important factor which leads to death for people. Hyperlipemia is considered the main reason caused to cerebrovascular disease. Reduction of serum cholesterol is connected to improve health directly. In this article many achievements were collected, then mechanism of action and influencing factor were analyzed also in order to promote the development of production which can reduce the blood-fat.
