摘    要:茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(Ectropis obliqua nuclear polyhedrosis virus,简称 EONPV)的两种制剂 EONPV 2H_2 的 Lc_(50)为2.5×10~4 PIB/m1、EONPV 2H_4的Lc_(50)为2×10~4 PIB/ml,以1×10~7 PIB/ml的 EONPV 2H_2感染寄主3龄虫的 Lt_(50)为5.5天,EONPV 2H_4 的 Lt_(50)为5.7天。两制剂均有一定的防紫外光能力,对寄主的致病性强,室内试验校正死亡率都在96%以上,

Abstract:The LD_(50)of two preparations of EONPV(EONPV 2H_2 and EONPV 2H_4)on tea looper larvae were 2.5×10~4 PIB/mL and 2×10~4 PIB/mL respective-ly.By using the 1×10~7 PIB/mL EONPV 2H_2 and EONPV 2H_4 preparations,the LT_(50)of the 3rd instar tea looper larvae were 5.5 and 5.7 days respec-tively.Both preparations of EONPV possessed the UV-proof ability andpotent infectivity to the host.The corrected mortality in the experimentcarried out in lab were more than 96%.The efficacy of control on the 1st,2nd and 5th generations(the area with 5 generations per year)and the6th generation are more than 90% when 20 billion EONPV PIB/mL wasapplied in the field condition.The EONPV was proved to be safe for usein tea garden.Neither EONPV polyhedral bodies nor EONPV particlescould be found in the tissue cell of natural enemies of tea pests,for inst-ance Leis axyridis Pal.,under the electron microscope.No direct infectionoccurred to parasitic hymenoptera(Apanteles sp.).
