| 摘 要： | 目前中国农村留守儿童权益保障普遍存在“四个令人担忧”，一是监护状况令人担忧；二是受教育权保障状况令人担忧；三是健康权保障状况令人担忧；四是人身安全权保障状况令人担忧。有效保障广大农村留守儿童权益，关系着广大农民群众的切身利益，是建设社会主义新农村的需要，也是构建和谐社会的要求。笔者对中国农村留守儿童权益保障状况进行分析，并尝试提出解决建议。
