| 摘 要： | 采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取淡竹竹叶的挥发油,用GC-MS法分析其具体组成,结果表明:淡竹竹叶挥发油中共检出41种化合物,相对含量超出5%的主要有:十六酸、金合欢基丙酮、植醇、石竹烯和7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯,共占总含量的58.6%。化合物种类最多的是醛类,共12种,但相对含量只有11.56%;酮类有5种,相对含量最高,总计达25%;而3种酸类的相对含量也达21.46%。淡竹竹叶挥发油含有一些良好香味的化学成分,具有较高的开发利用价值。

| Abstract: | The essential oil was extracted from the leaves of Phyllostachys glauca McClure by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) and isolated by GC-MS.The results showed that 41 compounds in the essential oil were identified.Its main components whose relative content was higher than 5 per cent were hexadecanoic acid,farnesylacetone,phytol,caryophyllene,7,11-dimethyl-3-methylene-1,6,10-dodecatriene.The proportion of these five components was 58.6 per cent.Aldehyde had the most kinds of compounds(12 kinds),and th... |
