| 摘 要： | 循序渐进是梁启超币制改革的基本思路。他主张,首先应确立银货币本位,然后逐渐过渡到金本位;再由“称量货币”向“铸币”过渡;由国家统一限量发行“七钱二分”重的银元和纸币,最终统一币制,进而挽救国家财政危机,使经济获得发展。

| Abstract: | Proceeding in an orderly way is the basic mentality of Liang Qichao's currency system reformation.At first,he requested taking silver as standard.Then established gold standard.Again approached"the coined money"by"the weighing currence"transition.The government should limit and unify the relese of"seven qian two fen"heavy silver dollar and the paper money.Finally unified the currency system.Then saved the currency finanial crisis and caused the economy to obtain development. |
